Tonya came to M.J. Knapp Agency to work in 2017. Her expertise is in the personal lines area of insurance such as homeowners and auto policies. Tonya services all policies as well. She is a River Valley graduate and spent many years raising her three kids before becoming self- employed from 2001 – 2017. She is married to Joe Ralph and they celebrated 28 years in 2018. She is enjoying her 4 grandkids and is anxiously awaiting the 5th in early 2019.
Jennifer L Knapp Conroy
President/Owner
Jennifer is an Elgin graduate and has been licensed in the insurance industry since 1983. She also holds a special designation of Certified Insurance Counselor that is nationally awarded after rigorous and continual testing. You won’t find many CIC’s in the surrounding counties. Her son, Kevin, is an Elgin graduate as well. Currently he is a student at THE Ohio State University on campus in Columbus.
Jennifer’s expertise is in the commercial and farm realm of insurance cases. Family farms are working harder than ever to survive and the agency’s insurance products are helping these farms tremendously!
Regina Allison
Customer Service Representative
Regina came to M.J. Knapp Agency to work in 2017. She answers calls and handles billing questions and policy changes. She is a North Union graduate and worked at K-Mart in Marysville after school until 1998. From there she worked with Dr. Niederkohr’s office in Marysville from 1998 – 2016. She is married to Steve Allison and they celebrated 30 years married in 2018.
