Jennifer is an Elgin graduate and has been licensed in the insurance industry since 1983. She also holds a special designation of Certified Insurance Counselor that is nationally awarded after rigorous and continual testing. You won’t find many CIC’s in the surrounding counties. Her son Kevin and his wife, Madelyn, work in the health and EMS industries and live near Delaware. Jen spends her extra hours at OSU stadium working events. She's also on the Marion County Park Board.
Jennifer’s expertise is in the commercial and farm realm of insurance cases. Family farms are working harder than ever to survive and the agency’s insurance products are helping these farms tremendously!
Tonya Ralph

Tonya came to M.J. Knapp Agency to work in 2017 as a licensed agent. Her expertise is in the personal lines area of insurance such as homeowners, auto, and recreational vehicle policies. Tonya services all policies as well. She is a River Valley graduate and is married to Joe Ralph. Together, they have 3 kids and several grandkids that she loves spending time with. Tonya is our ``hound dog`` with insurance rates! Chances are that she'll notice your rate before you do. She's constantly comparing every company we have and making them work for your hard-earned dollars.
Carol Miller
Customer Service Representative
Carol started with M.J. Knapp Agency in 2023. She has been married to her husband, Chris, for 37 years. Together, they have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. She is a North Union graduate and has been a Township Trustee for 13 years. Fun fact: She loves to mow grass!
Jen says, ``For many years I tried to snag Carol because of her empathetic nature and work ethic. She was always in demand. Thankfully, she has finally joined our work family and she's the PERFECT fit...just like I always knew!``

She's just a pup this year! She's taken over the office in terms of our Meet and Greet. She's made a ton of friends in Richwood, furry and not so furry. Numerous people and pets stop in just to see her and completely ignore us which is OK. Stop and see Josie!
